6 years after completion the client enjoys living in his home and appreciates the quality of the design and plan layout. the house was completed within the calculated budget.

detached family home on three levels with garage, carport and parking bay. an open timber stairway leads from the living area to the first floor with two fixed bedrooms and a flexible gallery / guest space, walk-in dressing room and a bathroom. the ground floor houses the living & dining area around a centrally located swedish log burner, which provides an alternative heating source to the underfloor heating. the kitchen with kitchen corner windows has access to the hall and dining area. an addition toilet is located next the entrance hall. large cellar spaces provide storage and a utility room with a laundry chute connection to the dressing room on the top floor. the rear garden area has a full length terrace and a lawn area for outdoor activities.
